Rachel started her career in Financial Services with Nationwide Building Society in 2018, working as a Customer Representative. She then went on to find her passion for mortgages in 2020, working as a Mortgage Administrator.

Rachel has gained a huge amount of feedback from clients regarding her customer services and how pro-active she is with updating clients, lenders and solicitors. She is an important asset to Switch FS and will support Jordan and Sam with their clients.
